The new aparthotel will feature leisure facilities including gym, restaurant and bar set over eight floors with Art Deco interior design.

The July brand offers apartments with fully equipped kitchens, living space and dedicated works spaces with the concept of capturing the style of a boutique hotel whilst providing the facilities associated with a luxury apartment block.

Due to open in summer 2025, The July London Victoria will be the group's first aparthotel in the city, bringing a fresh approach to mixed-used hospitality at the highest standards. The result will be a comprehensive hospitality destination in the heart of Victoria for short and long-term visitors.

Guests will have access to everything from bookable meeting rooms to saunas and a deli, serving the needs of a wide clientele.
