Chris began is career working for contractors in the UK and internationally where he became an established key management team member working in proactive environments, requiring rapid results under conflicting pressures.

Chris has experience in all forms of estimating from the earliest concept stage to construction document estimates, dispute resolution (including serving as an Expert Witness) together with value engineering and contract administration.
