1 & 2 Broadgate
G&T is appointed by British Land and its JV partner, GIC, to manage this redevelopment of one of the existing buildings on the Broadgate Estate.
Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris Architects (AHMM), the development comprises in excess of 500,000 sq ft of NIA with enhanced retail and leisure at lower levels and 12 floors of office accommodation to shell and core, providing a range of floorplate sizes.
Once complete, the building will integrate with the existing Broadgate Estate and 100 Liverpool Street to provide a seamless public thoroughfare from the Liverpool Street station concourse to Finsbury Avenue Square.
Demolition/construction works commenced in May 2021 and the scheme, which has sustainability and wellness high on the agenda, has signed two major office pre-lets with Jones Lang LaSalle and Allen & Overy LLP. Base build completion is scheduled for 2025.
As well as providing Project Management services, G&T is also providing Tenant Fit-Out Co-ordinator services.
