The project involved the extensive refurbishment of Marr College, a significant Grade B Listed building dating back to 1927, together with a new extension to provide modern facilities fit for today’s educational needs.
Works included converting two open central courtyards into three-storey high classroom spaces as well as the creation of two all-weather rugby and hockey pitches and other community sports facilities.
A new technical wing was also constructed to house dining, library, informal learning and social spaces.
