Roku - Times Square
Roku, the digital streaming device manufacturer, is expanding its office space in New York. It has taken 240,000 RSF over eight contiguous floors at 5 Times Square.
The new workspace includes a three-storey interconnecting stair, interactive video wall, town hall with terrace, a training room auditorium and open collaboration zones.
Roku's presence on Times Square will be further enhanced by a highly visible 157 ft double-sided branded 'blade' sign on the side of the building.
