Standard East Village
G&T provided Project and Cost Management services for the $15m repositioning and renovation of the public spaces for the Standard East Village, an Andre Balazs hotel.
The new public spaces include a new restaurant with garden and a private dining space, a bar with interior/exterior cafe space and new lobby with a garden.
The project also included the renovation of the associated rooms and corridors.
