New Rockwell Group designed West Coast Headquarters for Warner Music Group, which boasts record labels and publishing such as Warner Brother Records, Warner Chappell Music and Atlantic Records under its umbrella.
The vision was to consolidate three existing office locations and six core business groups under one roof in the ever growing and expanding Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles. The brief was for a state of the art, creative office environment that would retain, develop and attract talent and strengthen the existing artist roster to expand WMG's market share.
The project comprises 200,000 sq ft of creative office space and 30,000 sq ft of shared collaboration spaces including the 'Center Stage' - a fully functional live performance venue.
The building showcases an original Shepard Fairey art installation, custom designed sound systems for all of its critical listening spaces, state of the art sound studios and custom designed Italian office fronts and a fully refurbished and branded water tower.
