The Estates & FM team wanted to re-imagine the way FM services are delivered, creating a best practice approach to supply chain collaboration and FM service provision.
G&T initially undertook a detailed review of the campus FM strategy and made a range of recommendations, subsequently providing project management and technical advisor support for the procurement of a new Hard FM contract, a new Security contract and a new capital projects framework -Â all aligned to the new strategy.
We supported mobilisation and provided interim FM management and specialist engineering resource to develop processes and standard operating procedures together with a landlord & tenant Service Level Agreement to better define responsibilities and standards.
Our support provided the campus with:
