33 Portland Place

The project involved the refurbishment of a 20,000 sq ft prime residential Grade II* Listed building in the heart of London, made famous by serving as a backdrop for the Oscar-winning "The King's Speech".

Works comprised extending the basement to include a 13m pool, introduction of spa and cinema facilities, a roof top extension to create additional amenity and entertainment space, together with the sensitive restoration of existing historic fabric within the building.
