Penguin Random House appointed G&T in 2016, ahead of its imminent site search and selection process.
G&T ran an extensive technical due diligence process across two buildings, resulting in the book publisher signing up to Ballymore's first commercial development at One Embassy Gardens.
The fit-out commenced in November 2019 following the transaction and design phase with partners Perkins + Will, Hilson Moran and MiX consultancy. The project was one of the first of its kind at G&T to be granted Practical Completion during the COVID-19 pandemic, thanks to a considerable effort from the both the client and project team to push the project over the line.
