Boundary House

Boundary House

The new 311-room, lifestyle hotel sits at the heart of the reimagined Fenchurch Triangle in the City of London. The existing 1950s office building will be demolished with the substructure and the existing basement retained.

Designed by Sheppard Robson, the new hotel comprises a 14-storey guestoom block with rooftop restaurant offering views over the City together with a seven-storey guestroom block containing co-working and events space for both hotel guests and the general public.  The ground floor will include guest lobby and reception area alongside a café/bar.

The building is targeting BREEAM 'Excellent' with a sustainable design and inclusive public realm to promote urban greening and healthy streets.
