Andrew has 30 years of experience in the construction industry and specialises in providing development monitoring support and advice to banks and funders providing development finance.

His experience is across a wide range of sectors including residential, offices, hotels, warehousing, retail, care homes, healthcare, education and PFI/PPP. He has also worked on advising funders on several 'distressed' projects.
