James is dedicated to delivering projects on budget whilst maximising client value and positive experience. He has had success with divergent private and public clients taking projects from feasibility to final account.

His experience lies across multiple sectors - residential (including high-rise), commercial, mixed-use, masterplanning, leisure, hotels and heritage. Currently James leads a team delivering several projects for British Land on their Canada Water masterplan.

He is passionate ߣߣÊÓƵapp supporting young surveyors though mentoring and assisting them with obtaining their professional qualifications.
