115-123 Houndsditch

This new 23-storey tower in the City of London, featuring a sky pavilion, green balconies and large roof terraces with trees, is targeting the highest standards of BREEAM, LEED, NABERS and WELL.

Designed by AHMM, the 117m tall scheme includes 56,500m² of office space on the upper floors, 85m² of flexible retail on the ground floor together with a café, a community space and new enhanced public realm.

Innovative technologies, such as Thermally Activated Structures, will be included throughout the building to deliver market-leading performance in terms of both embodied and operational carbon, significantly reducing onsite carbon emissions by 44%. The project will also offer an energy transfer to residential neighbours, contributing to a reduction in energy costs.
