21 East 12th Street

The 21E12 project (formerly 110 University Place) involves the creation of a new residential building at 13th Street and University Place in Greenwich Village for William Macklowe Company.

This ground-up 122,000 RSF 23 story building consists of demolition of the existing structure, establishing a new foundation, building out the core structure of the building and the interior finishes.

The design architect is Selldorf Architects, with SLCE acting as architect of record.
