Built in 1966, these Category A Listed buildings are located in the heart of the city's new town and cover 6,900m². The project separates buildings 26-31 Charlotte Square into one primary office and three self-contained period Grade A offices at this prestigious address.

G&T was appointed to deliver Cost Management services on the refurbishment and redevelopment of the former National Trust for Scotland offices into high quality commercial office space.
