7&8 Wellington Place
7&8 Wellington Place comprises 378,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over eight storeys with 182 car parking spaces. Once completed, the building will achieve a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.
G&T is providing Cost Management and Employer's Agent services to MEPC, working through the design stages from initial feasibility through extensive price negotiation to agree a contract sum with Wates Construction. Our services will continue through the construction phase.
The offices have been named as the location of a brand new Government Hub with HMRC taking the space on a 25 year lease which will see 6,000 civil servants working on the state of the art new city centre premises in 2020. NHS Digital will also relocate to Wellington Place.
The Wellington Place development is one of the largest and most prestigious new city centre business quarters in Europe, comprising over 1.5 million sq ft of commercial, retail, leisure and residential accommodation.
