75 London Wall - exterior of building with new public realm

75 London Wall

This major refurbishment and extension of the former Deutsche Bank headquarters will create a net lettable area of 440,500 sq ft best-in-class office space which includes removing three floors whilst retaining the existing cores and adding five new floors, together with outdoor roof terraces giving views of the City of London.

The project is targeting BREEAM 'Outstanding', WELL 'Platinum' and NABERS 5*.  It will be an all-electric, fossil-fuel free and ultra-low embodied carbon development re-using over 80% of the existing structure.

The scheme is looking to retain and re-use the existing Limestone on the lower levels and adopt a mix of precast/unitised façade on the upper levels and a glazed teracotta to the newly clad 'Annex Building'.

Alongside the refurbished building, extensive additional public realm improvements will lead directly into a new auditorium and performing space.  The ground floor will include enhanced retail spaces with double height shop fronts.
