Chelsea Barracks

Chelsea Barracks

The first phase of the redevelopment of Chelsea Barracks involves apartments and townhouses finished to a very high standard.

The buildings and public realm are constructed over a two-level basement comprising lower ground apartment and townhouse accommodation, spa and leisure areas, parking and energy centre. The development also includes a restaurant, two new public squares, renovation of the existing chapel to create a substantial gallery and the repair and renovation of railings to Chelsea Bridge Road.

The completed public realm is accessible to all with the creation of Mulberry Square and Whistler Square providing raised gardens, water features and eye-catching public sculpture.
