The Grade II Listed Art Deco Gilbert House comprises over 1,600m² of elegant and contemporary office accommodation across five floors. Amenities include showers and cycle storage along with a communal roof terrace.

41 Corn Street will be refurbished to provide in excess of 2,900m² of open plan, light filled accommodation with a host of restored original features such as a cast concrete ceiling and exposed brickwork.
