Cundy Street Quarter

Cundy Street Quarter

The Cundy Street Quarter scheme will offer affordable and open market homes together with new amenities and improved public spaces at the southern end of Grosvenor's Belgravia Estate in central London.

The 2.4 acre redevelopment delivers 88 affordable homes (including 44 social rented homes), senior living housing for up to 170 people and 75 open market homes. Ground floor amenities will include an amenity hub, a cinema and retail opportunities.

The energy efficient buildings will produce 90% less carbon and reduce water usage by 45%. The new neighbourhood would also see 56,000 sq ft of green space delivered through extensive investment in new and existing public spaces.
