Data Centre Fit-Out
Refurbishment of areas in data centre facility to accommodate high density customers and tie these areas back to the new enhanced power infrastructure which will support these spaces with centralised cooling and standby power, resulting in a much-improved PUE when compared to the existing facility.
The works required significant building and technical refurbishment works.

- Level 9 3.6MW Data Halls
The scope of works included demolition of existing data halls together with construction of new data halls including new wall layouts, finishes and protection, strengthening of of existing structure for enhanced loads such as battery rooms as well as additional bracing and accommodating level changes within the building to suit new layout.
