Firoz Lalji Global Hub

Firoz Lalji Global Hub

Following an international competition, a multi-disciplinary team led by David Chipperfield was selected to design the final academic building in the redevelopment of the London School of Economics’ Holborn campus at 35 Lincoln’s Inn Fields.

This will be the LSE’s first net zero carbon building and large parts of the building will be retained as part of a commitment to a more resourceful and responsible approach to the future.

The Firoz Lalji Global Hub, named after Ugandan-born IT entrepreneur Firoz Lalji, whose donation has made the building possible, will include teaching spaces and digital labs as well as a 350-seat conference facility.
