FM Strategic Review

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust provides a range of community health services to more than two million people across 11 London boroughs and Hertfordshire.  Its vision is to deliver greater care closer to home, working together to give children a better start and adults greater independence.

G&T's strategic review included analysis of the current FM service management, performance standards and KPIs together with identification of options for future FM delivery based on a formalised options appraisal model, with agreed criteria and weightings, shortlisting and subsequent options development and appraisal.

Our subsequent strategy recommendation report for each delivery model provided the Trust with:

  • A formalised and ranked analysis of FM service delivery models options
  • The identification of a future FM delivery model aligned to the Trust's objectives
  • Cost estimations and organisational structure proposals to inform the business case and budgeting requirements
