Located in Fitzrovia, 22 Berners Street is the 12th premium worksuite and co-working location by Fora. The building hosts five floors of contemporary workspace on the upper floors including meeting suites, a Resident Club Lounge and three large outdoor terraces.
G&T supported Fora and its investor, Brockton Everlast, through the lifecycle of this project from negotiating upgrades to the base build specification for services to meet Fora's occupancy strategy through to the delivery of the Cat A & B fit-out.
