The Gleneagles Townhouse brings a 33-bedroom hotel and private members' club to Edinburgh city centre under the world renowned Gleneagles brand.
The project has redeveloped the former Category A Listed Bank of Scotland building at 38 St Andrew Square through extensive refurbishment and extension works to create a luxury hotel with garden pavilion and rooftop terrace. The hotel offers premium restaurant, spa, gym and bar facilities along with meeting and event spaces.
G&T was appointed in 2018 by the hotel owners, Ennismore, to deliver Project and Cost Management services, following cost management of a range of refurbishment works at the Perthshire hotel.
