Located on the site of a former silk mill next to聽the historic Bridgewater Canal, the project involved the full refurbishment of an office building originally constructed in 1997.聽
The building was stripped back to its original concrete frame and two new floors were added. A new fa莽ade was installed followed by a full internal fit-out to create outstanding new Grade A office space.聽
The building will achieve BREEAM 'Outstanding' and an EPC A rating. It now represents one of the best examples of a recycled building in Manchester and scores highly with the carbon reduction rating.
