Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 Future Concepts
Working in conjunction with Arup, we were commissioned to provide Development and Project Management services for the programme of improvements at Heathrow Terminal 4.
Our involvement ranged from orchestration of the client development brief and strategic programme of investment for the baggage handling system to project management of the delivery stage for terminal refurbishment works.
Throughout, the programme was characterised by complex stakeholder requirements, challenging deadlines and budget constraints.
