The delivery of innovative new workplace solutions for ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé involving FM benchmarking and service analytics in order to identify local, regional and global FM improvement opportunities.
±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé Global Workplace Solutions had collected a large amount of initial pilot data from their regional leads and global suppliers with the aim of providing a centralised analytics and benchmarking process. This would then enable local and regional management to compare like for like service provision and costs across sites and regions, better understand the scope and scale of FM services and compare costs across international borders.
G&T's role included:
- Reviewing and commenting on the data points gathered in the pilot scheme and make recommendations for improvement
- Working with global suppliers (ISS & Sodexo) to understand availability and data sources
- Converting concept of service analytics to reality by configuring data into a dashboard format
- Working with ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé team to improve reporting tools using Tableau and ongoing management through MS Sharepoint
- Developing online data collection processes and guidance notes creating a simple and sustainable process
G&T added value to the project by applying our specialist FM data analytics knowledge to ensure that the most valuable data was being collected and to optimise the value of the analysis.
Following our support, ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé developed an approach to globally benchmark all their properties providing analytical dashboards to inform future FM service strategy and realign its global workplace solution.
