This project involves the conversion of 140 hectares of green belt land into developable land on the edge of Cambridge.

The scheme will provide 3,000 affordable and private residential units along with collegiate accommodation, research facilities, hotel and a local retail centre.

The scheme includes a major parkland development, Code 5 sustainable homes rating with supporting infrastructure and essential power installation.
