Paddington Square

Paddington Square is a new Renzo Piano Building Workshop designed development adjacent to Paddington Station.

The 670,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme provides Grade A office space together with retail and restaurant accommodation and includes a four storey deep basement, the formation of a major new plaza, construction of a new underground station entrance and Bakerloo Line Ticket Hall and associated infrastructure works.

A distinctive cube shaped building floats above a three-storey podium and includes 15 levels of office accommodation as well as rooftop restaurants and terrace.  At first, ground, concourse and ticket hall levels, there is retail, restaurant and café space with the Cube and a separate retail building fronting Praed Street.
