Park Hill Art Space

Park Hill Art Space

The fourth phase of the Park Hill redevelopment will see the creation of a major new international arts venue for S1 Artspace in one of the largest Listed buildings in Europe.

Designed by Carmody Groarke, part of the existing building will be developed into artists' studios and a purpose built art gallery. Works will include a new extension adjoining the Grade II* Listed structure as well as refurbishment of the existing Duke Street building. The fit-out will provide new learning spaces, artists' studios, office space and units for artists visiting the city.

A new sculpture park will be created and public realm at ground floor level will connect Park Hill to the city centre.
