Complete refurbishment and remodelling of a 1990s office block located in Devonshire Square in the City of London.

Designed by architects Stiff + Trevillion, the refurbished building will provide 220,000 sq ft including a new passenger lift core through an existing atrium, retail and office at ground floor level and double-height reception. Cycle storage and shower facilities will also be provided.

Refurbishment works include areas of new cladding, new main entrance, canopy and secondary office entrance, landscaped terraces, full MEP plant replacement, new passenger lifts, refurbishment of goods and firefighting lifts and CAT A to a number of floors.

The building is targeting BREEAM 'Excellent'.
