Seal House

Seal House

Designed by Eric Parry Architects, the 11-storey scheme comprises 131,000sq ft of high quality CAT A office accommodation provided across 10 floors, 10,000sq ft of shell rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the River Thames and a rooftop public viewing garden offering uninterrupted river views accessed by dedicated lifts from the Riverwalk terrace.

At ground floor, the proposals include a generous reception and a café with riverside terrace to activate the public realm and high quality cycle and shower facilities are located within the single level basement.

The scheme is targeting BREEAM 'Outstanding', NABERS 5*, WELL 'Platinum', WiredScore 'Platinum' and SmartScore 'Platinum'. Sustainability has been a cornerstone of the scheme, with specific targets for both embodied and operational energy.

The site includes complex third party interfaces and constraints, including the Thames Sewer under the eastern edge of the site and anticipated Roman city wall archaeology to the northern edge of the site.
