The redevelopment of a 1980s former Royal Mail building into six buildings including a new headquarters for retailer Ted Baker.
Designed by Bennetts Associates, the canalside scheme will feature buildings of 2-12 storeys comprising 73 homes, 585,000 sq ft of offices and an 87-bed Ted Baker branded hotel.
Demolition of the existing building will be phased to allow the retailer to temporarily move to a new block while the new office is built in Phase 2.
