The Beehive Centre Redevelopment

The Beehive Centre will be transformed into a dynamic, community-focused neighbourhood, becoming a hub for science and innovation, set within newly created open spaces.

The adjacent Cambridge Retail Park will also be enhanced and consolidated with planned upgrades including modernisation of existing retail units and the introduction of a more space-efficient parking strategy.  A new five-storey office building at 230 Newmarket Road will serve as a key gateway to the city centre.

G&T's role involves leading a large project team, navigating complex planning processes and ensuring that the vision for both sites aligns with the interests of stakeholders and the planning authority.
