The Body Lab
G&T led the design process for this ground-breaking wellness and fitness facility through the value engineering stages and landlord approvals before managing the complex construction on site. Careful planning was required for the specialised equipment - the first of its kind in London.
The Body Lab offers a variety of treatments including a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Cryotherapy, a Flotation Tank and Red-Light Training, as well as nutrition plans and biomarker analysis.
