Victoria House lab

Victoria House

Located in the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter, 220,000 sq ft of the eight-storey Grade II Listed building will be converted into Grade A state-of-the-art wet lab-enabled life sciences space. Once completed it will support a range of occupiers – from start-ups to larger pharmaceutical companies.

Designed by Corstophine & Wright, a further 80,000 sq ft will be provided for office, amenity, meeting and retail spaces, together with an eighth-floor club lounge and roof terrace with views over central London. The heritage rooms will be repurposed as lecture spaces and meeting rooms.

With customer wellbeing and sustainability at its core, the project is on track to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
