WPP Chicago

WPP Chicago

As part of its focus on strategic real estate, WPP combined 38 operating companies from seven different buildings in Chicago into one central colocation campus in the city's West Loop.

To develop the design of the campus alongside architects HOK, a dynamic steering committee including representative operating companies made all the necessary decisions for the 253,000 rsf campus across seven contiguous floors.

A first generation build going into Sterling Bay's new commercial development, the project achieved LEED Gold and comprised exterior building signage and naming rights, an agile open office area, roof terrace, conference rooms, huddle rooms, health center, AV/edit suites and other production rooms together with a seven story contiguous open interior feature stair that connects the campus.
