Young Property Professionals Gather at the Annual NextGen Summer Reception
G&T recently hosted the LPA’s annual NextGen Summer Reception, bringing together enthusiastic young professionals from the City Property Association (CPA), Westminster Property Association (WPA) and G&T NextGen network.
The event provided a perfect backdrop for young professionals to expand their networks, discuss industry trends and explore new opportunities.
G&T director and NextGen advocate Yiannis Proestos welcomed guests and highlighted G&T's role as a sponsor of the CPA and WPA NextGen initiatives, emphasising their importance in shaping the future of the built environment.
The keynote speech from Muyiwa Oki, RIBA’s youngest ever president, resonated with the audience as he stressed the importance of not just using technology but ensuring it serves as a bridge to enhance community engagement and create more sustainable and resilient urban spaces.
The evening also served as a platform to promote upcoming NextGen events and reports, including the “AI and the Built Environment” report commissioned by the CPA and WPA NextGen committees and championed by G&T. The report explores the impact of AI on jobs and skills within the property industry, outlining key opportunities and challenges ahead. Find out more ߣߣƵapp the report here.
