Established in 1966, the firm's Edinburgh office continues to secure and deliver fantastic projects across all sectors for public and private clients in Scotland. We are proud of our achievements and look forward to continuing to shape the Scottish skyline for many years to come.
We are currently working on several significant mixed-use regeneration projects across the city including St James Quarter in the east, Haymarket Edinburgh in the west and New Town Quarter adjacent to the historic Royal Crescent, delivering pioneering retail, hotel, residential and office space.
Our luxury hotel experience is enhanced by our involvement in the W Hotel, Gleneagles Townhouse and Jenners, whilst our Arts & Heritage sector experience remains strong, having completed transformational projects at the National Museum of Scotland and the Scottish National Gallery (The Mound).
Frameworks Scotland has provided the Edinburgh office with a platform to develop a leading team of healthcare focussed cost managers who have delivered over 30 NEC projects to date. In the education sector we have cost managed new school buildings and worked for further and higher education clients on their capital projects and wider estate strategies.
