Located in Glasgow's central business district, the project comprised the redevelopment of a 1960s office block into a new landmark building.
Works included the demolition of a 10 storey former banking headquarters and construction of a new building comprising 201,000 sq ft of prime office space over nine floors together with 24,600 sq ft of retail/leisure units on ground and mezzanine levels. The building also provides parking for 53 cars.
