The significant upgrade and refurbishment of 2 Wellington Place will provide 119,000 sq ft of high-quality office space designed to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses.

The works include newly refurbished common areas, refreshed lift lobbies together with a completely redesigned reception and entrance lobby, creating a more welcoming and contemporary arrival experience. Additionally, a new building entrance with feature lighting will enhance the external presence of the property.

Sustainability and energy efficiency are central to the refurbishment, ensuring the building aligns with the highest environmental standards. Upon completion, 2 Wellington Place will achieve an EPC A rating, BREEAM 'Excellent' certification and a NABERS 4.5-star rating, reflecting its commitment to operational efficiency and sustainability.
