G&T was awarded a position on a long-term framework with Amentum, a leader in global engineering, project management and solutions integration, to support its Project Controls and Commercial requirements for a major programme of work.
We provide experts who are fully integrated into the wider Amentum teams working closely with the client and their customers to ensure delivery is of the highest quality. We now operate across all projects on the programme including a 拢1.6bn new facility for manufacturing capability.
We have helped develop and review the processes and documentation being produced by Amentum to ensure they are set up to a high standard for future work implementation. This has included developing innovative techniques for implementing contingency into baseline and NEC compliant programmes.
