Hanover Bond

Hanover Bond is a new 185,000 sq ft mixed-use building located on Hanover Square, Mayfair’s oldest square.
Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, the scheme comprises two pavilions of nine and 11 upper floors linked by a glazed central core that sit over ground, lower ground and three basement levels.
The hotel will be Mandarin Oriental’s second hotel in London. It comprises 50 guestrooms from ground to fifth floor of the south pavilion, with shared lobby space at ground floor, reception, restaurant and bar areas at lower ground floor, with swimming pool, gym and spa facilities at basement 1 level.
