G&T was appointed by Hogan Lovells in 2019 to establish the core professional team and lead the strategic technical due diligence feasibility project. G&T worked alongside Hogan Lovells' real estate advisors, establishing an ideal building criteria, supporting the site search and selection process and managing the technical due diligence process and building assessments.
G&T also supported the team through the Heads of Terms and Agreement for Lease negotiations and led the technical developer negotiations for its 267,000 sq ft headquarters.
The new building keeps Hogan Lovells in the heart of Holborn Viaduct and will provide new sustainable facilities and workspace to continue to attract and retain the best talent while prioritising its clients' needs.
