Manchester Civil Justice Centre
Manchester Civil Justice Centre was a PPP procured scheme for 47 civil courts incorporated in a significant sustainable high rise building.
At 16 storeys high its striking design includes cantilever floorplates extended unsupported for up to 15m. It also incorporates an 11 storey atrium.
The building won a number of awards including 'Project of the Year' at the Building Awards for sustainable design, 'Best Public Building Award', 'Rose Design Award' and 'Architecture Grand Prix Award'.
