Project Leodis

Project Leodis involves the fit-out of 74,000 sq ft across six floors to provide a new high quality, agile and modern workplace for 650 lawyers and business services staff based in Leeds.

One floor is being dedicated to staff and wellness functions including fitness and multi-purpose studios, catering facility and seating, town hall space for team meetings and presentations together with an attractive roof terrace for outdoor events.

Sustainability and wellbeing are key objectives for the new offices and a number of sustainability and wellbeing accreditations are being targeted, including WELL 鈥楶latinum鈥� and BREEAM 鈥楨xcellent鈥�. Embodied carbon has also been considered during the design stage resulting in a number of material choices and substitutions to reduce the embodied carbon of the fit-out.

G&T is providing Project and Cost Management services for the CAT B fit-out as well as monitoring services for the development and construction of the base build works.
