TEDI Canada Water

TEDI Building, Canada Water

The TEDI-London campus in Canada Water is a sustainable development with a unique modular design. Designed by Hawkins\Brown and built in the UK, the modules took just six weeks to assemble on site, with the whole project taking just under nine months from signing the agreement for the lease to TEDI-London taking occupation.

The modules consist of an insulated lightweight steel frame which is insulated and clad. Due to its lightweight construction the TEDI building does not require piles and only needs simple foundations. At the end of its life, the building can be reused on-site, relocated in its entirety or stripped and the materials recycled, contributing to the circular economy.
