The National Theatre Green Store

The National Theatre Green Store has made its debut at its new location in Bermondsey, providing a new storage facility for all costumes, props and scenery, making use of 3,350m² of existing warehouse and office space.

Key upgrades to the warehouses included the installation of a 1,100m² mezzanine structure and associated vertical transportation to increase capacity, improvements for the building’s thermal performance, as well as refurbished office and public spaces.

With a focus on energy efficiency, the extensive new MEP services installations ensure optimal climate control for preserving delicate items, while supporting the sustainable daily operations of the facility.
